This food truck was parked at the Gastro Park in West Hartford on a Saturday. I am a fan of lobster so I was excited to try them out. There were plenty of lobster dishes on the menu; from lobster and hot dog, lobster grilled cheese, lobster roll, and more. There were dishes up to $50 plus dollars. My husband had the lobster and hot dog, he said it was delicious. I had the lobster and shrimp grilled cheese. There were plenty of chunks of lobster and shrimp. The grilled cheese was loaded and cheesy, it was better than I expected. I am a fan! The fries were crispy and the people working there were nice. If you're a lobster fan and see this food truck, I highly recommend.

This place was awesome! Extremely fresh from what i could tell. I had the Maine lobster roll which for those that dont know is a cold lightly mayo'd lobster roll. My coworker got the CT mini lobster roll which is warm and buttered. Note the size difference between the mini and the regular. They also have a 10in one that is 54$ or so. The flavor was awesome and we really enjoyed them. I definitely want to come back here on my next work trip. The fries were actually really good as well, nice and thick and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mini donuts i absolutely loved, really reminded me of the mini donuts at all the wisconsin faires but these are a little bigger. Overall great experience. Thanks guys!

Our family and friends miss having them in Wallingford, however their move to Windsor hasn't stopped us from taking a drive when a lobster craving hits! BY FAR the best Lobster roll EVER. Noticing a less than desirable review based on the "soggy roll" and "more lobster on the plate". I have to make the assumption you drove home with a ready made buttered lobster roll since they do not serve on plates. I bring this up ONLY because when I order my lobster rolls TO-GO-, I ask they put the lobster meat in one container and carefully wrap the toasted roll seperately so it won't get soggy. Try it, you won't be disappointed!!

Best lobster roll I’ve ever had!! My husband and I have been to a lot of places and had a lot of lobster rolls, but nothing compares to theirs!! They load it with so much lobster! Everything is just so delicious! Whenever you see their food Truck, don’t hesitate to order!!

In the last 4 days, we have had lobster rolls from 4 places: 1. A top-rated restaurant in Bar Harbor, Maine, 2. A top-rated restaurant near Mystic, CT, 3. Our favorite waterside lunch spot near home, and 4. The Lobster Tales Food Truck. Lobster Tales was the best of all 4. It had the most claw meat, the most lobster meat overall, perfect toasted roll, just the right amount of butter (as in, lots), it was fast, and the service was great. Next time we go out for lunch, we're going to find where the Lobster Tales truck is and go!
