Okay.. you know those days when you have a great workout and then you think about how hungry you are after but also too lazy to make something? This HITS the spot! To the taste and portion sizes, 10/10!! Would definitely recommend especially if you’re unsure how to fuel yourself during your fitness journey.

All the meals there are amazing and made with clean, healthy ingredients! The staff are extremely nice and accommodating and are welcoming to every customer. When my friend and I first went to try it, the owner was kind enough to go over the menu with us and didn’t rush us. The protein shakes are the best I have tried and you don’t feel heavy after eating there. 10/10 would recommend trying out Healthology if you’re looking door food that’s delicious and good for you!
