Fast food chains no longer! I travel in-between Asheville and Raleigh often and this place offers itemized receipts so I can use the Per-diem. I wish I had found it sooner. B Food While it may not win any awards, the portions were large, fresh and tasty. A+ Service The young lady who took my order and gentleman that cooked my food were both very nice and welcoming. A+ atmosphere Also the gravel lot was spacious and clean, with easy parking for just the fitness business which means little traffic, open parking and very quiet. I will certainly be stopping back by when I pass again. I’ll update my review after I try the sushi!

Food was amazing, fresh and tasty! Very grateful they are here, we travel through this area on our way from Asheville and will definitely be remembering this spot in the future! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Some of the best hibachi you'll find around Statesville. So much flavor and the serving size is plentiful! Would recommend this spot to anyone! Well worth the travel to try this food truck!!

I had the triple crunchy sushi and it was amazing. I went back and ordered the chicken dumplings, and those were amazing as well. Awesome service and decent prices for the awesome food you get.

One of the best food trucks I have ever ate at! The teriyaki steak and chicken combination plate is cooked to perfection and the shrimp sauce is to die for! But my very favorite is the California roll it is absolutely amazing !!!
