Lisa Whelan was a dream to collaborate with on a celebration of life for my mother. Her kindness, coupled with her culinary and cocktail creativity, are a genuine joy to experience, as was the energy and professionalism of her team. Luckily spotted the Dancing Spoons truck on a rainy Saturday at the Orleans Farmers Market. Breakfast was calling! The egg sandwich with thick cut bacon (add caramelized onions) was absolutely perfect! Need to try the pulled pork next time. Thanks, Lisa!
