Rainbao Food Truck is an absolute must-try! The flavors are out of this world—fresh, creative, and packed with bold, delicious goodness in every bite. Their bao buns are perfectly soft, the fillings are full of flavor, and the service is always fast and friendly. This isn’t just food—it’s an experience! Whether you catch them at a festival or around town, Rainbao never disappoints. Five stars all the way!

I loved these Baos. I had the the Pork Belly and the Brisket Baos. The pork belly was tender, juicy and with kimchi was a great bite. The Brisket was perfectly done and very crave able. I will definitely be following there appearance schedule and will be visiting this truck again.

Took my empty tummy to the American Dream Food Festival today, and this truck was my absolute favorite. I visited them twice and got 6 buns to go before we left. Absolutely delicious. They were so kind and friendly! Please visit us in South Jersey sometime 🙏 Your buns will be very welcoming! The belly pork buns and the secret sauce were the best!!

The mushrooms were super crispy and that's about the only positive thing I can say about the bao. The bao bun itself wasn't as soft as it should be. The size was disappointingly small. The mustard seemed to be smeared on as an afterthought. And there were no shredded fresh vegetables on top... Just some sad little pickles. Definitely not worth the price.
