By far my favorite food truck in SLC. It’s amazing how they can curate such a variety of cuisines and make every single one phenomenal.

I’m not sure why there are some one-star reviews for these guys, but one-star Shawn is a review troll and has a history of misses. Adris Cafe is really at least 6 stars! Multiple different cultural dishes, and yet each dish tastes authentic. The chef truly is an artist and respects the history of the dish. Somehow they have found a way to take some traditional foods and enhance them without going overboard with a fusion of modern. It’s just class, but in comfort food. No favorite dish, go right through the whole menu, no disappointment. ..take my money!!

By far one of my favorite food trucks! Everything I’ve had is absolutely delicious but my favorite is the chicken panini, served on homemade focaccia. Everytime we see they’re at our neighborhood bar we have to stop in because the food is so good. And the father/son that run it are the sweetest. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

I ordered the fish and chips which turned out to be inedible. The fish was somehow both extremely soggy and burnt almost black. Something I didn't know was possible. The fries were okay, but nothing to write home about. The two guys working the truck were extremely friendly, but I would not recommend this place.

The food was absolutely awful. The fries, which did not come with the chicken burger and were $3 extra, were a soggier and worse version of in n out fries. The bang bang chicken sandwich ($14) had an artisan bun and the flavors were good, but the chicken was super thin, dry, and soggy. My buddy got the fish and chips and it was literally inedible. The fish was super burnt and barely breaded. It was rubbery and fell apart. These guys were very nice, but I think a food truck was a bad idea. It doesn't seem like they know how to run a fryer.
