There is no better experience than eating Yiedi's Carne Asada Burrito under a ponderosa pine on a clear sunny day. The red sauce is the best I've ever had. The staff are efficient, fast and friendly. So friendly, they patiently enable me to practice my Spanish. I cannot recommend this food truck enough. My kids favorite are the quessabirrias. The horchata is homemade. The Torta ten times better than Betos in Smithfield. I'm making myself hungry.
