This was an experience of a life time to watch my dream become a reality in 6-7 weeks from start to finish. Jermaine, Matt and their team worked amazingly on putting things together. Communication was amazing, any questions or concerns we addressed immediately whether it was a text, email or me physically going up there to check the progress. I would recommend anyone considering to start a mobile food truck business and need a truck or trailer built this is the place to go. Even after pick they still check in and make sure you are doing ok. Thank you for everything you guys did for me if 10 stars was an option I’d rate that.

To me this place is not a good place for beginners to start a food truck I put 5000 down and they told me I couldn’t get my money back they never gave me step by step of how it goes to begin with.. when you 1st get there they seem like they are all for you but all in all only out to get you. How you just take 5000 from someone that worked hard to get it smh well we all reap what we sow enjoy

This place has great customer service! I originally purchased my food trailer earlier this year and it was built and ready to go very quickly. Any questions I’ve had, they have gone out of their way to help. They also did work outside of what I originally wanted, because I added a few things later. This is a testament to their flexibility and eagerness. I plan on going back to make modifications when they are needed, and I trust this place’s quality. Everything in my trailer still works like new! Don’t be afraid to ask questions because they are happy to answer all of them!

From the beginning of the process we felt very comfortable with everyone at The Food Truck Place. They are all so knowledgeable and want the customers to learn as well. This was great because my husband and I know nothing about food trucks. The breadth of knowledge that Jermaine and Mathew have, and the hospitality of the office manager (whose name I can’t seem to remember), was evident from the very start during at our consultation. We left with reassurance that we were dealing with true professionals, who stand by the product that they promise to deliver. There was never a time that we felt unsupported through the process of having our truck built. Thank you for the leeway you permitted with storing the truck, the in-depth tour, and assistance with hitching it to the trailer. Your service is first-rate. - Stuff’D
