Came in for a fire suppression installation. KSM quoted us very fairly and did an amazing job with the installation! Kaveh was very knowledgeable and provided great insight. They went above and beyond with their customer service. Definitely worth the half hour drive! If you're a food truck in Richmond, check out KSM before you head anywhere else, they will get you right!

KSM has been fantastic for our food truck needs. We have purchased 2 trailers through them, and they kick butt! They work with you start to finish to match your trucks needs, and they do a great job of keeping you up to date throughout the whole process. Everything looks and functions great, and continues to run great with proper maintenance. Highly recommend for your mobile kitchen needs.

Great experience! As if being on time and on budget isn’t good enough, what stands KSM appart is their problem solving skills and flexibility. I brought in a sprinter van to be converted and while it’s great for mobility, it’s a little more snug than a conventional trailer or box truck. We worked together to get the right set up through several redesigns, super patient and easy to work with. I also challenged them install a battery pack they had not worked with before instead of a conventional generator. They worked through the challenge, and I believe they are now converts! Kaveh and Hassan are a great pair. Thank you both for a job well done. I remember going to the health department to ask some questions about setting up the lay out, when I told them KSM was my fabricator, the inspector told me flat out not to worry, that I was in good hands, and Kaveh would get it right. I would recommend KSM whole heartedly, and will be a repeat customer with my next food truck.

We’re only going to say this once (so listen good), Kaveh and his team at KSM Manufacturing are the BEST!!! Hands down for anyone looking to have their food truck built and customized. We read all the previous outstanding reviews on KSM and saw he had a 5-star rating to boot. Man, it was all warranted, we tell you. The Treat Shop was looking to get into the food truck side of the market to accent our two dine in location & we stumbled across THE MAN. Ask for Kaveh. He took us from A to Z in aiding with all we needed to know to get up and running. Knowledgeable, Patient, Courteous, Informative, Professional & most of all AVAILABLE!! Even after we completed the purchase & finished the entire project Kaveh was and is still taking our calls to assist us with insight, as if he was just starting out with us and he was trying to land the sale. CLASS ACT INDEED….. Listen, we could go on for days about the incredible first-class experience we had over at KSM Manufacturing but go and see for yourself. You’ll be glad you did!
