Been seeing this truck all over my socials and had to check it out! Each plate comes with huge potatoes loaded with grilled chicken, ribeye, or hot dogs, drizzled with their signature sauces, and finished with a crunchy topping like crispy onions or hot Cheetos. You can also skip the potato and go for loaded cheesy mac. Favorites include Heavy Hitter, Fully Loaded, Custom Loaded, and The Outlaw. Don’t miss their Strawberry Lemonade its so refreshing! Great spot for a tasty, filling meal.

As soon as I saw this food truck I knew I had to give them a try!! Why?? Well they do loaded potatoes!! Who doesn’t like a potato loaded with all that you like? So…I pulled up!! . Their Fully Loaded Fries ($20 with grilled chicken, steak, hot dogs, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, mac n cheese, jalapenos, hot Cheetos, Takis, Signature Loaded Sauce, & chipotle sauce). This is a whole meal!! Nicely seasoned proteins, mildly spicy, cheesy, & good!! STAMP!! Their Texan Stacker Loaded Mac n Cheese ($18 with ribeye, corn, crispy onion chips, sweet bbq sauce, jalapenos, mozzarella, & mac). The toppings won the show!! The bbq mixed with the onions, & ribeye…STAMP!! The Mac was cheesy…DELICIOUS!! STAMP!! Their Outlaw Potato ($20 a large potato with butter, mozzarella, cheddar, jalapeños, chives, their Signature Loaded sauce, crispy onion strips, & thinly sliced ribeye). A lot of toppings…but they all blended perfectly together!! This heated up well in the microwave later too!! LIKE THAT!! Their Mother Clucker ($18 with a buttered potato, grilled chicken, cheese, corn, sour cream, Buffalo sauce, & bacon). Every is here on this one!! Tasty, fulfilling, I just like breast meat instead thighs!! STAMP!! Their Build Your Own Potato ($18 a buttered potato with mac n cheese, sweet bbq sauce, sour cream, hot Cheetos, chives, bacon, & fried chicken). Yep…my build your own potato…HIT!! The Mac is DELICIOUS, the chicken was nicely fried, & went well with everything else!! STAMP!! Their Strawberry, & Blueberry Lemonades ($4 each). Tasty, sweet, & wet!! . Customer Service: On Point! . Parking: Decent. . Recommendations: Do the Build Your Own Potato Experience!! . They asked right away if it was my first time and guided me through the menu, which made ordering quick and easy. 🥔 Order: • “Mother Clucker” 🐔 • “Heavy Hitter” 💪🏽 • Mac & Cheese 🧀 • Mango Lemonade 🥭🍋 🍽 Food: Actually loaded. They don’t hold back on portions at all. Every bite had something in it—meat, beans, cheese, toppings—all balanced well and full of flavor. The service was amazing, the person who took our order was great. The food itself wasn’t good, but the potato and the chicken were cooked well / seasoned well. Everything else just wasn’t for me - i didn’t like the hot dogs or the beef ribeye. I also wish the truck had the prices for their items. $23 for this and honestly had i know probably wouldn’t have ordered or even split it with someone.

Drove an hour and 15 minutes on Valentine’s Day to try this out and it did not disappoint. My wife got the potato and I got the fries and both were delicious. Unique and savory flavors that blended together perfectly. The staff was friendly and they were hustling to get everyone there orders on a very busy night. Will not hesitate to make the trip again. It is worth all the hype!
