Must-Try South Indian Street Eats! I stumbled upon this food truck by chance and left with a full belly and a happy heart. If you’re a fan of bold South Indian flavors and street food that hits the spot, this place is a total gem. 🔸 Thattu Podi Idly This was a revelation. Soft, steamed idlies smashed and tossed in fiery podi (spiced lentil powder) with a drizzle of ghee—simple yet absolutely addictive. The heat from the podi balances perfectly with the buttery richness. 🔸 Chicken Kottu Parota A showstopper! The parota is flaky and shredded, stir-fried with chunks of juicy chicken, egg, onions, and spicy curry. Every bite is loaded with flavor and texture. Spicy, messy, and totally worth it. 🔸 Mini Ghee Idly Perfect for ghee lovers! These bite-sized idlies are drenched in fragrant ghee and served piping hot. Great as a snack or a light meal—comfort food at its best. 🔸 Sambar Vada Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—just how vadas should be. Soaked in a hearty sambar, it’s the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes and savor every spoonful. Perfectly spiced and very comforting. 🔸 Filter Coffee No South Indian meal is complete without filter coffee, and this one didn’t disappoint. Strong, creamy, and served the traditional way in a dabarah set—it’s the ideal end to a satisfying street food feast.

Absolutely loved this place! The coffee is the best I ever had in the USA, it reminded me of home in India. I tried Paneer Dosa and Kuttu Parota, both were delicious and full of authentic flavor. A must try spot for anyone craving real south Indian taste.

I have just visited this food truck, and I was super impressed. it was quick and easy-going the staff was polite and greeted every customer with a smile and took care of accuracy in the orders. The food was good itself. I particularly adored Chennai special butter masala dosa and paniyaram and towards the end the chai. Coffee and tea should be tasted.

I love coming here and eating the same Chennai corner Special Butter Masala dosa along with Thattu podi idly. Idly with sambar awesome Dosa is extremely fresh n excellent..that's reason people are visiting ,for the taste. After We got the freshly made Kuzhi Paniyaram. The way they prepare the dosa’s is amazing. I hope they will maintain the quality of their Dosas and Idly well unlike some restaurants that give up on the quality after a while. When I first came to Texas I went to a different location and I didn't like the food there. However, after coming here it became one of my favorite eating spots.
