As far as food trucks goes, not the best but definitely not the worst.... Ordered the the shrimp tacos and blackened salmon sandwich, with truffle fries. Blackened Salmon was amazing! Very moist, flakey, flavourful, cooked to perfection. Will definitely buy that again. Shrimp tacos... shrimp were a little over cooked, and did not come as described... not a bad dish just not my thing. Truffle fries .... pretty sure we got loaded fries. Still delicious.

Plantains and where burnt and Ribs where horrible I don't even think there from the islands waste of money.
