We love Roots & Leaves! We have been coming to the Outer Banks for years and ALWAYS make a point to get some doughnuts from these folks. We have planned entire trips around it, they're that good. Natalie and Luke (the owners) are very friendly and sweet, they've even offered us lists of other vegan-friendly spots in the OBX. My wife and I recently got married in Corolla, and knew we had to have Roots & Leaves instead of cake. Natalie and Luke made it happen and we were so happy to share one of our favorite spots with all of our family. They made placing a large order easy and the doughnuts were a hit with the whole crowd. Can't wait to stop by the truck later this summer!

Amazing donuts and great drinks. Picked up a couple of donuts (orange and maple) along with a latte and a dirty chai. The donuts are so good and hit just right. The latte did the trick and the dirty chai was the eye opener my navigator needed. There are some picnic tables you can sit under if you don't want to sit out front of the truck. The owners are great folks, too.

Great donuts, custom sodas, coffees, and teas. Everything is delicious and everything is vegan. It's best to get there early, as they sell out of baked goods by 9:30 on busy days. The environment is welcoming and friendly with a mix of locals and vacationers. The owners are great and happy to provide suggestions for visitors. The chocolate frosting is my favorite. I'm really glad I found this place!
