I truly want to know if they are hiding Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen because this Beef Cheek quesadilla I had was the epitome of flavor, tenderness and overall experience. I will be back time and time again for this quesadilla. I have not experienced a quesadilla this good in a very long time, if not ever.

I really don’t like to write bad reviews. But I just had some of the worst tacos I’ve ever eaten. My wife and I ordered two orders of 3 asada tacos each. They were ICE COLD. They didn’t even bother to heat up the meat. The flavor was okay, the tortilla was hard and also cold. It wasn’t even busy and I live downtown so I didn’t drive far to eat it. Won’t be coming back. I guess I should have gotten something that I knew they had to cook like a quesadilla. Waste of money

Deliscious! Had a chorizo enchiladas and steak enchiladas. My friend had 2 bowls(burrito out of the wrapper. Amazing. Quick and good. Plenty of food. Worth every penny. Will be back. Was the food truck by Waffle House on College near Oleander.

Pepe's is a solid truck with interesting taco flavors. I was so happy they were at Flytrap Brewing and the tacos paired great of course with craft brew. I have been spoiled with Mexican food growing up on the Westcoast, so I can't quite give them 5 stars, but they were nice people and I am sure they will keep getting better.
