It’s been incredible working with everyone at The Food Truck Shop! The team helped me create Michigan’s first and only 100% dedicated gluten-free & nut-free food truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Our truck was completed in June of last year, and it’s been rolling strong ever since.
