I must say I was very shocked to see a 3 star rating while researching this business........ I have had the pleasure of eating at the Sofrito's Food Truck twice. Both times the staff has been very friendly and the food is nothing short of amazing! We are looking forward to hosting future events for our property with Sofrito Food Truck!

I am giving these guys five stars because the food is amazing and even though they messed up they completely apologised and made it right. Two tickets were placed off to the side accidentally and mine was one of them. After waiting 30 minutes and others getting their food they figured out what happened and apologised profusely and refunded my money while still giving me the food. Well done on delicious food and thank you for the excellent customer service!

Waited in line for 27 minutes only to find out they were out of many things that were on the menu. My opinion is that if they are out of things maybe they should be marked off the menu. I had other food truck choices available and would have rather stood in line somewhere that had something I wanted as they had stated. Now I'm in another long food truck line, hoping.
