It's a cool spot if you can ever catch it when it's open because the hours are never right online and I never know when they are open

Stumbled across you da Noodle man at fox dog. I'm shocked with how many shrimp they serve in their ramen. Usually, you get like 5, there was at least a dozen. The broth was delicious, as well the garlic egg. Try them today!

I have tried to stop by for lunch, but trucks were not open within their posted operation times. :( Updated to 4 stars due to excellent communication around schedule

Went tonight on Saturday and only two of the 5/6 trucks were open. The grilled cheese truck was awesome though. Nice people and good food. Has a playground nearby with multiple parts for varying ages. Port o potties had locks so no bathhrooms.

The Taco truck was delicious! I wish some of the other food trucks were open. I visited on a Saturday and none of the trucks were open. Otherwise highly suggest the Taco and Cajun food truck!
