We had another amazing experience working with Ernie at Prime Design. As repeat clients, this is not our first time trusting him with our trailer, and once again he exceeded our expectations. He transformed our old, broken, unstable window into a sleek, modern, and secure upgrade that completely changed the look and feel of our trailer. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism are unmatched. You can truly tell he takes pride in his work. Finding a reliable shop can be tough, especially when you don’t have a background in trailer repairs but Prime Design has been nothing short of exceptional for us. We’ve used them for a couple of projects prior to our most recent visit and have always had a great experience. This time, we had an incident with our trailer over the weekend that resulted in visible damage. I called and spoke with Ernie, who immediately told me to bring it in without hesitation. After evaluating the trailer, they discovered a cracked frame and issues with the axles. What really stood out was how thorough and transparent they were. They walked us through everything that needed to be repaired and even provided photos and videos so we could clearly see the damage ourselves. Throughout the entire process, they kept us updated daily and worked efficiently to complete the repairs sooner than originally expected. Their knowledge, professionalism, and communication gave us complete confidence every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful to the Prime Design team for getting us back on the road safely. We truly trust them with all of our trailer needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high quality work.

I can’t recommend Prime Design Food Truck enough. From the very beginning, Ernie and Marianne were absolutely superb in supporting my Ice Cream Concession Trailer project. They approached the entire process as a true partnership, not just a transaction, which made a huge difference. Even after the trailer was delivered, when I identified an issue with the spatula shower they had installed, their level of commitment really stood out. Without hesitation, they sent one of their technicians, Gabe, all the way from Arizona to Florida, and he came over the weekend to resolve the issue. Gabe was extremely professional and thorough, and the problem was handled efficiently. This level of support, responsiveness, and dedication truly demonstrates how much Prime Design Food Truck stands behind their work and their clients.
