Tried this today and it was DELICIOUS!! My foodie heart is SO happy!! It was a generous amount of food, seasoned deliciously and the perfect balance of spicy and sweet. We had the jerk chicken, rice & peas, cabbage & fried plantain and nothing disappointed!

I had very high hopes for this one . The jerk wings are soggy and not much flavor at all doesn’t give a Jamaican taste. Felt like I wasted my money however the customer service was great he was very nice and easy to talk to. Prolly will not try again.

We ordered Jerk breast and wings, it was DELICIOUS! Best chicken we’ve had in a while. I was afraid it would be too spicy but it was perfect. Also got the plantains and the festivals, everything was so good! The rum cake was rich and delicious, and the food was a very good price with generous portions. The guy who owns it was very kind and funny, so service was excellent. And its family recipes! You really can’t go wrong, this made our Wednesday awesome. Will definitely be ordering again next time we see him. Excited to try the oxtails in the future (they were out tonight)

It pains me to write this but I was so excited to see another Jamaica spot on the north side but I was sadly disappointed. Unfortunately, this is not authentic Jamaican food. I ordered jerk wings with cabbage and rum cake just to support and try out the new place I found but this has to be illegal...lol...the jerk wings were not whole wings and a jerk sauce was used to create it. I have visited Jamaica many times and Im sad to say this was a disgrace. I've made jerk chicken from scratch and even used Walkerswood jerk seasoning and mine comes out 10x better than this. Mandeville and St. Ann would be embarrassed!!! Please stop claiming this to be Jamaican food or find someone to help you make it more authentic if you're not from there. The rum cake I was looking forward to needs work as well. If you're expecting authentic, this is not the place...Caribbean Hot Pot or a couple others are a little more authentic.

I missed the truck when it was at Rhodes and 2920. I called the owner and he gave me their new location. Ordered the sandwich, wings, and leg and thigh. Everything was juicy and had great flavor. I'm not Jamaican so can't comment on the ethnicity of it but his flavors and spices are top notch in my opinion Kids loved the wings, just the right amount of kick for them. Get extra napkins. Really, really good and recommended
