Ordered shrimp and fish and jalapeño wrapped in bacon and I've never been so dissappointed. The fish has zero seasoning and over cooked to the point of where it's dry. The fries, have absolutely no salt at all and half are crunchy and the other half are as soft as mashed potatoes. For this so be 43$ with no drinks added and a 45 minute wait just pure disappointment and disgust. The only thing that was worth eating was the shrimp however even that was hardly seasoned as well. I do not recommend what so ever just go to any other vendor at the food trucks spot.

This by far the worst food truck food I've tasted🤮 The chips were not only stale, they smelled old, stored, the smell was so strong of stored old laundry. The lemonade tasted and smelled as if it was in the fridge for days uncovered. Their food is not fresh at all. Do not go I hope my little girl doesn't get sick from eating those old chips. Doña carmens food truck, you all need to stop being cheap and restock fresh food. You all going to make someone sick with food poisoning! Do better! What a shame!

Some of the best Birria tacos I’ve had! They’re open late, fast service, and have clean tables outside to eat. Would come again!

Ordered 1 burrito and 2 tacos, it took over 25 minutes to get my food, the tacos looked like they were made by throwing meat and cheese across the trailer, very little meat or cheese actually hit the taco shells, terrible for $3 each I would rather had taco bell.... Burrito was also light on ingredients, sloppy made and lacked much flavor. Very disappointing for a $21 dinner. Would not use this food truck again.
