Surprisingly good!I had hoped for a food truck experience but got fresh ingredients, thoughtfully prepared and quick service, far better tasting than most restaurants. The spam musubi was on point, although the cellophane left a taste behind, but the burger, chicken katsu and the ahi tuna poke roll were great! The burger did not fall apart, the chicken was cooked perfectly and was paired with a nice barbecue sauce and the roll was more than filling. We family styled our dinner and we went to be more than happy. Definitely one of my top favorite food trucks for sure!
