I had a really disappointing experience ordering from this food truck through DoorDash. I ordered five items and only received three. When I called to let them know about the missing items, instead of trying to help, they immediately blamed the DoorDash driver and were rude during the entire conversation. They eventually said they would replace the missing items, but only if I drove there myself to pick them up, even though the mistake was on their end. Customer service was extremely poor, and the staff acted annoyed and disrespectful the whole time. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional. I definitely would not order from them again.

⭐️ The food looks great on social media, but in reality it’s mostly rice with very little protein. In the teriyaki bowl, the beef, shrimp, and chicken portions were very small compared to the amount of rice—about 80% rice overall. The deep-fried peppers with crab were mostly filled with cream cheese, and the portions felt very unbalanced for the price. It’s definitely overpriced for what you get. On top of that, card payments often fail due to poor signal, forcing customers to use Zelle or Venmo. If you really like rice, you may enjoy it—but I was disappointed overall.

A Mexican spin on Japanese sushi and it was delicious. Martin was very kind and you can tell he puts his pasión on the food. Will definitely revisit. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🤤🤤

This food truck is parked in front of Sol Market I have been eating here for a couple of years, normally you always find parking in this place. This food truck has a very peculiar style in its dishes and an authentic taste This time I ordered - Volcán roll - Yakimeshi special with beef (Delicious) - Camarones roca - Shrimp Chile huero popper - Sushi bola ( delicious) - Mango roll - Teriyaki trio mix Keep in mind that the moment you order, everyone is preparing it at the moment, so that takes time. I recommend that you call in advance to order and also keep in mind that there are more orders and it is possible that they will still take a while. Regarding the prices, they are normal. In fact I can tell you that it seems a little cheap to me, since the amount of the portion of each dish is quite large. Payment cash only for the moment

My family and I have been coming to this truck for years. Our favorite is the fried rice and camarones roca. I had a family reunion and had zero desire or time to cook so I decided to order some of our favorites as a tray. It was a HUGE hit. Yes it’s a different spin on traditional sushi but give it a try, you won’t regret it!
