Actually if I could add a star 6-stars all the way… they have been able to successfully blend both the best of home cooking in a restaurant to go environment … Id even say better than most peoples homecoming. I mean that for real this place is amazing amazing amazing this transcends food it’s the best of the best heritage, and tradition and respect. Festivals are so fresh you swear they were handpicked minutes ago out of the garden. Top-notch.!! Thank you

We stopped by after a trip to HEB to grab dinner. We got al pastor gorditas, mini carnitas tacos, asada torta, and three different regular tacos. Everything was so delicious!

This is our second time eating Taqueria El Imperio and the mini taquitos of asada are absolutely delicious !! $9.99 a plate for 5 mini taquitos , when you’re done shopping at H-E-B by Grissom and Tezel treat yourself . They’re so sweet and welcoming can’t wait to continue eating there .

Great food truck, awesome people, and most importantly, delicious food. I had the mini tacos de asada and mini tacos a la yaca. Both had their own distinct delicious flavor. You can't go wrong with either salsa, both the green or the red have a great taste with a kick. The "Gorditas" and "Torta Burrito" are next on my list. My mouth is watering just remembering the taste and fulfilling feeling after eating ALL of the food I had. Also, don't forget to get your beans. It's like the cherry on top of everything.
