I've been looking for some good barbecue in San Antonio because we definitely have lots of barbecue places but not all are great. I'm really big on brisket and if the brisket isn't good then usually the rest of the place isn't either. So I decided to try the brisket sandwich and wow just wow! Look at the picture I posted. Usually sandwiches have too much bread and little meat, but this was quite the opposite! It was more of a meat sandwich 😂 and his brisket taste amazing. I'm wanting to go back and try other things because of that one sandwich! Definitely a spot you need to hit up if you're in the area. They do have outside seating because it is a food truck. It's also on a property that you get to walk around see the chickens and there's mini goats on the property you can go see also. His lunch specials are great and him and his wife are extremely kind! This is definitely become my go-to for good barbecue!

Ultimate food truck offering Texas bbq brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sausages, and all their iterations. Prices are good and totally worth every cent. Just take my wallet! They have recently changed locations. Still on Shaenfield. It's easily locateable on Google maps.

We called in take out and we did not regret it! The food was ready when we arrived and stayed warm all the way home. We ordered 1/4 lb of brisket for our son, 2 popper melt sandwiches, coleslaw and potato salad. Everything was absolutely delicious! Also, the sandwich is very filling! We loved how the bread was toasted but was still soft to eat and the melt on the sandwich was perfect! I highly recommend eating here if you are looking for some good brisket.

Don’t be turned off because it’s a food truck My wife and I picked up lunch here on a Saturday in July. The photos on Google Maps made our mouths water. We ordered darn near everything on the menu. * Mac Daddy sandwich (brisket + Mac/cheese) * Mac n cheese for the kiddo * Sweet Chipotle Slaw * Brisket Mac n cheese bowl * Pulled park and sliced brisket sliders * 1/2 lb brisket * St Louis Ribs * BOBZILLA (brisket/pulled pork sandwich) * Two cans of Big Red Everything came out wonderful! This was is probably in my top 5 for best bbq I’ve tasted. The food tasted great and was worth the trip. No complaints on anything.
