Simply some of the best Thai food this side of the Pacific. Not just the best Thai food truck, but Thai food in general. Pad see ew might be the best I’ve had anywhere. They make it spicy if you ask, the way it should be. Something for everyone here. Don’t let the fact it is a truck scare you, this place is world class. Great, friendly service too!

From the beginning, our experience ordering from an eating food made by David and his team was authentic and real. He connected with me son and me In a fun and enjoyable way. He was proud about his menu and we enjoyed every bite. We highly recommend yummy Thai to anybody visiting the Salida area. The food is restaurant quality and would hold its own in any big city.

Had lunch today and got the Garlic Noodles and Yellow curry. Both incredible dishes, hubby and I thought it might be the best Thai food we’ve had in a long time. Super quick and kind service, we will for sure be back!
