First of all this place is overly expensive for no reason most plates are about $20. On top of that the service is terrible and slow. And to top it off, the food itself is some of the cheapest nastiest food that we have ever tried anywhere. We will never return to this place. It was a huge disappointment.

Love the atmosphere looking forward to moving on, this side of town and that's coming from being a local in sa.Them even though every part of salem is so different fun to adventure a new place and I like the\nParking compared to other places like the yard it's a lot more safer and organized

Medes food cart by far has the best Mediterranean style food in Oregon. The guy running it grows all the vegetables organic at his big garden and cooks with Halal fresh meat which we love. He was a familiar face as he was selling organic vegetables at Saturday Market before. My whole family is a fan of his Kebab and wraps. Take your family there if you’re searching for a clean organic food option for your children and family. It doesn’t disappoint.

Checkpoint 221 is a pretty great spot now that the pavilion has opened up. I had fish and chips and my girlfriend had an empanada. Both were delicious. My soda was a great price, but my girlfriend's White Claws were a bit pricey compared to other places. Overall, I really like it here and intend to come back regularly.
