We got 2 pork sisig rice plates, 2 chicken sisig rice plates, and an order of lumpia. I ate the chicken sisig rice plate, and it was pretty good, well-seasoned and tender. The portion was filling for me. When I was ordering, they asked if I wanted to add spice. I said no this time. Since I said no it actually had more of a kick than I expected. It's a food truck, so it's more expensive than a usual sitdown restaurant for the portion size, which is to be expected. Our order was completed pretty quickly. They gave us a buzzer and it felt like it was only a 5 minute wait! They weren't too busy when we ordered but when we came to pick up, there was a long line.

What a rip-off. I got a rice plate, spent $16+. The amount of meat was about the amount you could fit in a street taco.

I will say the food is good. Seen this truck by my job and was really excited. All of the excitement ended when they rung me up and the total was $16.45 for a simple sig sig rice plate. Way too expensive and then have the nerve to ask for a tip on top of that. No thanks, won’t be back,

Wanted to like this place, but I probably wouldn’t eat here again. I ordered the sisig rice plate. The sisig is good and seasoned well, but needed more acid, and unfortunately the lemon they gave me on the side was dry. Because it was more sweet than sour, it tasted more like lechon paksiw than sisig. The menu claimed there were pickled red onions on it, but they were just regular red onions. What fully went wrong for me was the overcooked rice. Rice is a staple to many Filipino dishes and to me, if the rice is over or undercooked, you’ve essentially ruined half the dish. The rice was just so wet and gummy that each grain of rice was indistinguishable from the rest of the grains in the clump of wet and overcooked rice. Had the rice been cooked properly, it would have easily raised the dish to about 3.5 ⭐️. For $16 (tax included), that was not worth my money.
