As someone who grew up in Miami, I can honestly say that eating at 305 Twin’s Food Truck felt like being transported right back home. Every bite was authentic, flavorful, and made with so much care. The ham croquetas were absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside and perfectly creamy on the inside. The pan con lechón and pan con bistec were both mouthwatering and packed with flavor. And the batido de mango was exquisite, fresh, creamy, and one of the best I’ve had in a long time. On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic Cuban food that tastes like Miami, I highly recommend 305 Twin’s Food Truck. Everything we tried was incredible, and I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing experience! This family-owned Cuban food truck serves some of the most flavorful, authentic dishes I’ve ever had. Every bite was packed with rich seasoning and made with so much care—you can truly taste the love in their cooking. From the perfectly seasoned meats to the fresh sides, everything was spot on. Not only is the food incredible, but the warm, friendly service makes it even better. You feel like family the moment you walk up. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time—I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Being a “gringo” from Miami, when I see Cuban food in the land of tacos and bbq, I always stop and check it out. The service was great, the owner is friendly and helpful with the menu. After I ordered she said, “thank you for trying my food” just an authentic woman making authentic Cuban food. Now let’s get to the food, the smell from opening up the carton immediately took me back to Versailles on Calle Ocho. The taste did not disappoint either, I got the bistec encebollado, it was delicious and a lot of food. The real star of the show was the plantains, they were perfectly done. I have 3 suggestions, add aroz con pollo (the yellow rice version) and palomilla steak. Lastly move closer than east round rock! Truly great people making great food!
