I've placed an order with this food truck almost every week for over 2 years. $40-$50 minimum order, every time. Orders are always placed the exact same way. You text the business number, list what you want, and give your name, call back number, and pickup time. I literally copied and pasted from the previous text every time using the same template and just changed the food items, for 2+ years. Never had any problem until a couple weeks ago. You can read the screenshots yourself. The owner missed the time, tried to say I didn't list a pickup time, and got an attitude when I responded by sending him a screenshot showing that I did specify a time, as always. I decided to just cancel the order, still 1 hour in advance, and went somewhere else. He responded to this by blocking my phone number, effectively banning me. This is petty, vindictive, and highly unprofessional behavior towards a loyal customer who has supported his business with literally thousands of dollars over 2+ years, all because the owner had to act like someone else was at fault for his simple mistake. I wasn't even upset at all! I was just trying to alert him as rapidly as possible when I realized he had the time wrong so they didn't start the order early. Basic Customer Service - All this guy had to do was say "Oh, I didn't see that, see you at 6pm." No big deal. Instead he gets an attitude and bans a loyal customer for no reason who didn't even say anything negative to him. Completely unhinged. See a therapist dude. It was a mistake supporting that business all this time. Update - within hours of leaving this same negative review on their Facebook page, instead of responding or addressing this situation they have disabled their reviews and removed ALL of their reviews trying to hide this.

I’m just going to say it… this Thai food truck might need to apologize to Thailand 😅🇹🇭 The food is absolutely amazing —fresh, packed with flavor, and honestly better than what I’ve had overseas. Every bite tastes like it was made with care. They did accidentally get our order wrong, but then completely redeemed themselves—made a whole new order, were incredibly kind about it, and went above and beyond to make it right. True professionalism. If you’re local and not eating here yet… what are you doing with your life? 🌶️

Delicious, authentic, comes out steaming hot, large portions, spicy! Lots of vegetarian options, I love the basil fried rice!! The woman that runs it is very nice, prompt and efficient. Food always comes out quickly. Medium spice is VERY spicy. Delicious, but very spicy. I love the convenient location of the truck as well❤️

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! So lucky this awesome Thai truck is in Chattanooga. Had the panang curry with tofu (hot) which had a great spice, delicious flavors, and yummy veggies! And also had the pad Thai with tofu which was nice! Spring rolls and the sauce they come with were also amazing! Well done, definitely will be coming back
