I had Cisco's for the first time and was NOT disappointed. First, Cisco is amazing. He welcomed me, asked a couple of questions about my food preferences, and offered me samples to help me make a decision on what to order. The sample, the Puerto Rican Rice Bowl, sold me. It is delicious. I'd walked up intending to order the Loaded Mac & Cheese but the sample made me change my mind. I did end up getting a small order of the mac & cheese. I ordered both of my meals with pulled pork. Another person in my group, also treated to a sample, ordered the mac & cheese with the brisket. Everything was flavorful. The brisket was so tender. My only critique is the pulled pork was a little salty. Not too salty though, and I would definitely get it again. The Cisco sauce is soooo good! I'll definitely keep my eye on his location and eat here again.

The owner is so nice, and he gives samples at Truck & Tap in Alpharetta. He will create different things custom for you. It is SO good! When people get a sample they are always ordering! I have had the chicken and pork, both so good! The spices and the sauces are great! I wish they had delivery, still thinking about that sandwich!

This food is phenomenal. I am a foodie and eat at alot of food trucks. And there has been alot of good ones. But this is definitely in the top 3 food trucks I've been too. My ratings go off of taste and haertand soul and this truck has both. Definitely a high recommendation. I'm cuban, so if you are caribbean, you will understand this food truck for real. Hat off to the chef!!

$14 dollars for an over-salted pulled pork sandwich the size of a quarter pounder with barely any bbq sauce and a halfway-filled ramekin of special sauce is a pretty unique way to ruin an evening. Who puts cold cheese on a pulled pork sandwich anyway? Pretty sure most of this ensemble came from Walmart. DISAPPOINTING

The idea is cool, we had the loaded Mac and cheese w/ brisket, nachos and the prime rib sandwich. The Mac and cheese tasted like crafted with some bbq sauce on the side. The brisket had no flavor. The prime rib didn’t either. Nothing was seasoned. The nachos were comparable to movie theater or high school football game nachos. Definitely not worth $60.
