I found a new Food Truck in Parker that serves Indian food….. I’m not sure the name of it, but it was amazing!!! It was sooo delicious, I highly recommend you try them out…

A different kind of food truck with menu that is small. The atmosphere of sitting in car or outside gives a vibe of Indian street food. I ordered Tawa Chicken Frankie with chicken 65 appetizer and chaat papri. Except for chaat papri other items were good. Chaat papri was with very hot chick peas and being a North Indian this is new for me and was not tasty at all. Overall a good experience and will recommend visiting this place.

Authentic, indulgent flavors! Their idlis are unbelievably soft and absolutely heavenly — just one bite is pure satisfaction. Perfectly made! We also tried the Paneer Frankie and Vada Pav, and every bite was incredibly delicious. The flavors are an absolute bomb! Highly recommend this place if you’re craving truly delicious food! 🍽️✨
