I ordered the chicken taco box for $9.99 and was honestly impressed right away. The portions were generous, and the tacos were packed full—not skimpy at all. The first bite of the chicken had my mouth full of flavor—super tender, juicy, and just straight-up delicious. I asked for their spiciest sauce, the red chile de árbol, and it had a nice little kick. Not crazy spicy—but then again, I’m Mexican, lol. The rice and beans were also on point—really flavorful and a perfect side to the tacos. My wife got the shrimp taco box for $10.99 and loved it. She chose the green sauce (jalapeño with tomatillo), which had a mild kick and tasted really fresh. We also ordered pico de gallo with avocado, and it was fresh, bright, and exactly what you want. I’ve lived in Mexico, Texas, and was stationed in California for 16 years—so I’m always on the hunt for a legit spot whenever I move. This place honestly beats a lot of the hyped-up spots in Pensacola. I will DEFINITELY be coming back again and again!

We finally stopped and tried their food and we were not disappointed! We tried the steak quesadilla and the steak tacos with beans and rice and everything was fresh and delicious. It wasn't as good as the Mexican food was when we lived in San Diego, but it was the best we've had since we moved here 2 years ago.

OBSESSED with Syrenita’s food truck! The pics on the fb page made it look amazing so I had to try it myself and I’m so glad I did! I got a chicken taco, shrimp taco, and beef taco, and a cheese quesadilla and it was all amazing!! PAY for the pico de gallo- it’s worth it!! The syrenita sauce is amazing, and even the lowest spicy sauce is HOT 🔥. The staff is super friendly, the food is made fresh, and the outdoor seating is cute! I eat here regularly now!! Love it!

We always drive by this place and finally stopped to grab some dinner tonight with my teens, and are so glad that we did! The person who took our order, (not sure if he was the owner or employee), but he was so nice! He let us try all of their different sauces so we could see which we liked, answered questions about the menu, and was very welcoming! We ordered the steak burrito, spicy pork burrito, and 2 beef quesabirria and one chicken. The burritos weighed a few pounds and were delicious! The rice was flavored really well, the steak perfect, and the spicy pork was outstanding! (Just a little spice- rated E for everyone). The quesabirria came with a large bowl of the birria sauce and it was also fantastic, not too heavy and greasy, with a hint of citrus. Everything was just A+, give them a try!

This place has the absolute best Tacos I have had to date. And I am not just saying that. I go to lots of Taco ( however I have only been throughout the Pensacola area). They actually fry the taco corn tortilla Mildly to kind of give it that American hard taco taste and texture. In my opinion it taste a lot better than the Starchy unfried corn tortillas you get at most Taco Trucks. They have Shrimp Tacos too!!!
