The good: Their burritos are out of control good, definitely in the top two or three burritos I've ever had in my life. The bad: Burritos are now $15 and that's just a bridge too far. The burritos I make at home are 90% as good and I can make five of them for that much. Also, when you buy tacos, you have to buy four of them.

1 person 1 food item $14 before tip Stopped in this evening for the first time. There should’ve been plenty of room for parking (maybe 6 or 7 cars), but the way a couple others parked kind of made them inaccessible. Took me a minute to review all the choices clearly listed on the side of the truck. I opted for the Burrito Pollo. I would’ve preferred to have a paper menu with more detail on it so I wouldn’t’ve had to ask what came in it, but that was Ok. He took my order, I paid, he gave me a food-ready buzzer. I sat in the car for (maybe) 5-7 minutes while he prepared my burrito. Once the buzzer flashed and vibrated, I went back to the window for my food. I decided to sit in the car and eat. I’ve gotta say, it was pretty darn good. I used the both hot sauce and the fresh-cut limes he included. GREAT combination. The burrito also came with some chunks of radish, as well. Overall, this made for a great meal. If I’m in the area and hungry again, I’d happily give him my business. I only gave the atmosphere a 3 because the generator was in front of the truck, where the parking was. I feel it should’ve been on the opposite side of the truck from the window so it wouldn’t be quite so noisy there. It made it a little tough to hear him.

Food is fresh and made to order. Always delicious. We’ve had the birria tacos, churros, chicken quesadilla, and burrito. My one suggestion is to have a menu listed with prices and explanations of what is on each item. A great hidden gem in our small town.

Five stars for this amazing food truck. He was open New Year’s Day on our roadtrip to VT we decided to get some gas not knowing these would be some Of the best birria tacos I’ve had stateside. Super kind, quick, family run truck. We loved everything about it thank you for a memorable roadside stop!

We stopped on a sunny spring evening and had absolutely delish De Birria tacos and carnitas plate at the picnic tables in the field by the food truck. The service was quick, portions generous and flavor out of this world. Tip. You might want to order a veggie dish with the tacos s it's very cheesy and meaty (mrrrmmmmm). Only issue was minor - this is by a busy road and the generator is noisy where you eat so atmosphere is not quite as spot on as Water Street. Still, going back again soon I hope!
