Not really a food truck park. Usually just Mexican food with a choice of burgers and wings as well. The food isn't bad really at all for what it is. Just don't come expecting it to be something it isn't.

Decided to give this truck a try. Glad we did. Prices are on par with all the local restaurants around Oliver Springs, Wartburg, O.R., Harriman… food was ready quick. Will definitely make this a go to spot. Close, convenient, and great quality food.

Morgan county is so limited on food options, both take out and grocery. We drove by every day and watched this neat little place turn into such a big deal over time. And now it’s a fun, busy hang out spot! There’s never a boring day or a day without some kinda food. They have great indoor and outdoor seating and even a covered porch to sit and rock a while. Inside they have fountain drinks, bottled drinks, candy (the handmade lollipops are the best by Kringdom Confections) , snacks, and even T-shirts (and inexpensive🫶🏼). We love checking out their Facebook page to see all the different food trucks, vendors, and visitors. I hear they may even start hosting events! Thanks for giving Coalfield a little sparkle✨

This was a million dollar idea! We are SO GLAD to have this option for dinner now! The atmosphere is so cute and laid back and just- comfortable! Kids can play in the yard, Frisbee, football, whatever, and there are picnic table outside to sit and watch them. There is also inside dining! The variety of food trucks is awesome! They change daily but Coco loco is always there. We have eaten here 4 times since they've opened and have never been disappointed. We have had Dizzy Lizzys pizza, Genos crusty crab, Ks Kitchen and Coco loco! Coco loco is so good, and the prices are reasonable. Portion size is spot on too! It is authentic also! The only things I would suggest to them is to season their meat a little more, the chicken nor steak does not have a lot of flavor. (Get y'all some Adobo or Sazon! Lol) The cheese dip is also very watery, sadly. And please cook the veggies a little longer.. Wouldn't stop us from eating there again though, obviously lol, just would be nice to have thicker cheese dip and more seasoning :) Still 5 stars because the idea is wonderful and gives us so many dinner options throughout the week! I stalk their fb page daily and plan our dine out meals accordingly lol. Below is a pic of the chicken fajita nachos with no tomato, a steak taco with green salsa, lime, cilantro and onion, and their salsas that were included! The salsas are to dieeee for! Spicy, but perfect!!! And also a pic of Genos Crusty Crab- the crab seafood boil.. and pics of some menus.
