The big papa fries are not all that good the amount of brisket was satisfying but they put alot of ranch which doesnt really pair well with the brisket, then the fries i got were crinkle cut nothing like the ones in the pictures and the fries were stale. Very old and cold, not to mention there was only a handful of fries, not enough for paying 17$ a plate. I probably wont be coming here again.

We stopped by this gem on a whim… We were traveling from El Paso to the Dallas Fort Worth area, and we wanted to eat before it got dark… I was able to get in touch with the food truck to confirm that it was on site for the day, and once I arrived, they took our order… Everything was prepared fresh. The only thing I don’t think they had to offer was drinks but luckily we had some leftover drinks from our recent stop at a gas station. if you’re on a road trip traveling through Odessa Texas, this is the best place to stop and experience food truck dining!!

Hands down our favorite food truck in Midland. We look forward to it every week! Our usual is an order of the Honey Garlic Chicken Fries (add extra sauce) and an order of the Big Poppa Fries with Brisket. We have never left disappointed or hungry. Always high quality. Can’t recommend them enough!!

One of the best food trucks I've tried in the area so far, definitely will be looking forward to going again! Expect to wait a little bit though after ordering because they're putting love in the food they make. And they give you a lot of food. I got the honey garlic chicken fries, and for starters I'm so glad that there's a place around here that seasons their fries, the seasoning he used has a nice spice to it. The sauce on the chicken was so addicting, so I'm glad that he didn't skimp! My husband got the Big Poppa fries with pulled pork, next time will definitely remember to ask for extra BBQ sauce because it was just so good. And that pork had some love in it.
