I wish I could give more stars! Im super picky with shrimp ceviche and NO other ceviche compares. Make a stop here weekly for their food and the quality never changes. Come to Hilltop and try it for yourself! Plus, the people at Pupa’s are the best! 🤍 Not pictured is the mound of avocado on top since this was to go!

Was so excited to try this truck. Sadly our food had hair in our food. Lady taking the order was kind and service was fast. If it weren’t for the hair, I’d give 5 stars all around.

Yesterday I tried their pupusas for the first time. So good! I ordered the mixta kind made out of cheese, beans and pork. So delicious. Can't wait to try other food.

Their food is fresh and delicious. The staff are also so nice! The pork inside the pupusa is so tender, juicy and flavorful! Truly one of the best pupusa's I've had in the DFW area. They absolutely have the best shrimp ceviche around! This truck is a must try.
