The Vigas truck follows a very successful and time-proven tradition. "Do one thing, and do it well". For these guys that thing is burritos. Start with a massive 18-inch tortilla, perfectly semi-transparent thin. Maybe smear a tasty layer of savory Pinto beans. Add some pico veggies for a little crunch and brightness. Next work some secret proprietary awesomeness into the Carne Asada steak. Make it seasoned to perfection, still easily chewable. Make just the right amount of grill juices that some might leak on your chin! Perfectly balance flavor and heat so the sensitive types will not cry, and the ones who can handle the heat don't get bored. Well done sirs!

$5 for a burrito and a drink. This is the best deal in Nogales and the food is great! Yes I did have a carne asada burrito two days in a row. Close to work and I support local! They actually have a decent size menu for a food truck and all of their food is made fresh and way underpriced for the portion size.
