Ahumado’s was amazing! The pork belly was some of the best I’ve had. The guys in the truck were super friendly, let us taste a couple of things before we ordered and had awesome suggestions. You could tell they were passionate about their food! There was a nice shaded place to eat as well, which was great. I’d recommend going with a friend and getting a platter to split so you can try a bunch of different stuff. Next time we’re going to get an arepa to try and obviously get the chicharrón again.
