Lastly, focusing on ingredient quality and consistency—especially the rice texture and freshness of spices—would make a noticeable difference. With a bit more attention to these aspects, this biryani could go from good to great.

Excellent experience working with Anil. He was patient and extremely cooperative with multiple changes for our event. He provided food for 80+ guests and the food was delicious! My family and I are big fans of Bhimas Food Truck. Their biryanis are among the best. Not just in New Jersey, but across the entire Northeast corridor and the quality is consistently excellent. The chicken dishes, including the biryani, are made with organic chicken, and the difference is evident in the flavor. The mutton biryani and chicken appetizers are equally impressive. We recently placed a large catering order for a family event, and the team did a fantastic job delivering high-quality, pure vegetarian food. I highly recommend the Gutti Vankaya Curry, Sambar, Pappu, Bhendi Fry, and Veg Fried Rice if you are considering catering. One tip if you are planning to get biryani on a Friday evening: try to pick it up before 6:30 PM, as their biryanis typically sell out by 7:00 PM!

We had Bhimas Food Truck at a surprise birthday party, and the food was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and well-prepared. Our guests really enjoyed it, and the team was friendly and professional throughout. That said, they did arrive later than scheduled, which caused a bit of confusion. The appetizer was served first (as expected), but because of the delay in bringing out the main dishes, many guests thought that was the full meal and filled up on it. By the time the mains were ready, some people were already full or had started wrapping up. Despite the hiccup, Bhimas still delivered high-quality food, and their team handled the crowd well once things got rolling. We’d definitely consider them for future events, just with a bit more clarity around timing and food flow.

Anil and his team were part of a private party that I hosted this past weekend and all I can say is that they are AMAZING, with a capital ‘A’. The food was delicious, was being served piping hot, exactly what I wanted, and with utmost respect and politeness. The desserts and dosas, especially the peanut coconut chutney were the highlights along with the fresh Samosa chat. I am certainly going to recommend them to everyone.
