Happened to be at a bar these folks were serving at. Took a look at the menu and was already pumped about trying their red beans and rice and the boudin. The boudin itself had a good snap to it and a spice at the end and they threw is some crackers. I do like it to be a bit more spicy and wished that we could’ve got some hot sauce but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The red beans and rice tho….my wife doesn’t care for sausage however the sausage bits in this dish was great. It was spicy, flavorful, filling, the rice wasn’t gummy, and it was served HOT. They even gave us a pillowy cornbread that wasn’t overly sweet, but it paired well with the food. The staff was friendly and polite. If we ever see them again I’d definitely get something else to try off their truck. By the way they do offer catering services as well. 10/10 would recommend!

My apartment complex is having them here today and we ordered on a whim. The food was delicious. I got the Cajun pasta and my husband got the red beans and rice. The flavor is on point and they were quick too. Loved it!
