Amazing service and amazing food. We love this place and it is our go to Salado and their Peruvian fried chicken.

Last night we bought two monstritos(chaufa and fries)and the chicken was expired. The food was poor quality and expensive; they charge like a restaurant, and I didn't like the food at all. We couldn’t eat. I put one star because I can’t post without stars. I waste my money because they ruined my night.

I saw a lot of negative reviews but still wanted to try it for myself and honestly, hands down, the food was great! I got La Mostra, which comes with fried chicken, fried rice, and fries. El chaufa (fried rice) immediately transported me. It tasted just like the food truck spots back in Peru. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and clearly made to order. I also had the chicha morada, and you could tell it was homemade. You could really taste the cinnamon, clove, and pineapple. So good. A lot of people complain about the wait time, but personally, I think it’s worth it. Plus, you can call ahead and they’ll start cooking your food while you’re on your way. Super helpful. My advice: try to avoid super busy times like weekends. I went on a Saturday and waited around 20 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. I live in Kendall, but I’d happily drive down every two weeks just to get another Mostrá! Definitely worth checking out.

Food was good but the Server charged me 10.5% of Process charge said tip was not included and the tax was done by the owner and to top it off she changed the price of the ceviche 2 times, we ended up paying over 100.+ tip .. i don’t mind tippimg but it’s sad to loe about the prices just to sit in the street on a food truck. Never going back again.

Stopped bye the Food Truck outing at the Country Club of Miami South parking lot Thursday. About 15 food vendors. I had the Pan con Chicharonnes sandwich. I was absolutely delicious, tasty, saucy, great combination of meat & vegetables & sauce. A real winner! Thank you for the great service. Since the sandwich was freshly made there is a short wait. Very pleasant staff! See you again.
