I stopped by La Diosa Food Truck in Wynwood and honestly the tacos blew me away. The birria tacos were perfectly cheesy and packed with flavor, and dipping them into the consommé was next level. I also tried the al pastor tacos, and the seasoning was spot on with that little bit of pineapple sweetness. Everything tasted super fresh, the tortillas were warm, and you can tell they really care about quality. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in Miami or the best tacos in Wynwood, La Diosa is definitely worth it.
