They never showed up to our event after confirming the night before!! Horrible communication. They hung up on us when we tried calling and were really rude. 0 stars!

My fries was cold & old, my sandwich was smaller than my hand..... for$16 never again!!!! Just because we out here on the Arsenal don't mean we want to waste money!!!!

Paid over 10 dollars for a burger and fries and left a tip. The worst cheese burger I have had since highschool cafeteria. Cheap frozen meat and the grilled onions and peppers are a joke might as well not even call them a topping maybe a pinch of both and nothing else besides some artificial cheese. Don’t recommend

I hate to leave bad reviews, but am highly disappointed in the service and lack of communication from Tha Food Truck. We scheduled and booked them for a concert at a local Huntsville venue. The owner had confirmed their booking with us via email 6 days prior to the event and for another event that we would have a week after the first. I then emailed him again the day before the event to see if he had any questions for me and I received no response, so automatically thought he must have been good to go. Thirty minutes prior to our event start, I try calling and texting him trying to get an ETA and he does not respond. Fifteen minutes before the event start, I call him again and he answers and says that he is not sure when the truck will be arriving but he will call his driver and then Will call me back. 10 minutes after this he still has not called me back, so I called him and he does not answer. He then proceeds to TEXT me and says “ I spoke with the drivers and they are not going to be able to make it. It was some confusion with the events from earlier today. I’m sorry”. We ended up canceling the truck for the next event that we had scheduled and were highly disappointed and this lack of professionalism and communication.
