Mexican Coke and water was good! Gave my sandwich to someone behind me saying they didn’t have enough money to buy anything on the menu. Prices a little high...gladly paid it forward.

I ordered the smoked pork nachos smothered with green chile queso, and I was pretty disappointed. The pork had very little smoked flavor to speak of, and the queso had very little green chile flavor, too. Everything tasted unfortunately bland. The owners were friendly, though, and the chips they used were very, very good, with great texture and thickness that didn't immediately get soggy like some nachos do. The portion size was also quite decent. I love the concept of the truck (and the name!), and they have a wide variety of flavors (Mexican, Indian, Southern, etc.), so I would still be interested in trying something else from there again, despite my mediocre first experience.

So good, indeed. If you're going to have the BBQ pork sandwich, bring an extra pair of socks, because your first pair are going to be knocked the heck off. Pork was braised for 13 hours before taking it's place in my sandwich. Time well spent. My friend went with the southwestern salad (vegan friendly) - also delicious! Highly recommend giving 'Smother' a go.
