Fernando’s has seriously become my latest obsession 😭🌮 I can’t even explain how often I catch myself thinking about their chorizo street tacos — they’re THAT good! The flavor is incredible, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely hits the spot every single time 🔥✨ I’m also in love with their mangonada 🥭😍 It’s sweet, tangy, a little spicy, and so refreshing. And don’t even get me started on the Mexican fruit cup — it’s fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The street corn cup is another favorite of mine 🌽💛 It’s creamy, savory, and completely addictive! On top of all that, the portion sizes are generous, so you really feel like you’re getting your money’s worth 💵🙌 Every visit leaves me happy and already planning my next trip. Fernando’s truly never disappoints!

Fernando’s has become my greatest obsession😭 I think about their Chorizo street tacos constantly! I love the mangonada and the Mexican fruit cup. The street corn cup is also amazing! The serving size makes the price worth it! I was craving them this Tuesday only to find out they’re closed on Tuesdays (completely understandable)! I went to another place for some Chorizo street tacos. I was unimpressed and feel that I’ve been spoiled by Fernando’s serving size and quality. One night I was craving it so bad that I went right before our most recent ice storm. They took my order and brought it to the car for me. My partner and I were very grateful for that service! Anyways, I am a big fan and will be back whenever the craving hits and my bank account allows!

My husband and I decided to try two food trucks in one afternoon. We both ordered the same item at both locations. This food truck was much slower but had much friendlier staff. They also had a variety of drinks/smoothies which I appreciated. The food was good but greasy. I did enjoy the sauces but not as spicy as I would like. They had an outdoor area, but it just had umbrellas, so you had to sit strategically to get out of the sun.

One of my favorite meals in Lexington. Huge menu with a ton of options, especially all of the drinks (agua frescas, piña coladas, etc.) and fresh fruit dishes. The owner is extremely friendly, and you can tell they prioritize fresh, high quality ingredients. We also loved the shaded picnic tables. Will certainly be back!
