I’m not sure what happened, but the original location recently disappeared from Google Maps, which unfortunately cleared my previous review. I made it a priority to find them and post this again because Little Sizzle Food Truck is a local gem that deserves the support! If you are looking for authentic Navajo burgers, Navajo tacos, or fry bread, this is the spot. It is a fantastic Native American twist on classic comfort food with a flavor profile that is truly unique. Honestly, it tastes exactly like the traditional comfort food you’d find at the Flea Market in Gallup, New Mexico. It’s pure, high-quality comfort food. The prices are also surprisingly fair for the quality and portion sizes. You’re looking at about $12.00–$12.50 for a Navajo burger, and the Indian tacos are equally affordable. In a city where food truck prices can get crazy, Little Sizzle Food Truck stays incredibly reasonable. Pro-Tips for visiting: • Location: its located in the parking lot of Philnor Liquor. This part of colfax is pretty quiet so overall safe vibe. • Hours: In my experience, they are usually out on the weekends from around 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. • Check Facebook: Their schedule can vary, so definitely monitor their Facebook page before heading out to make sure they’re set up. Definitely give them a try if you want a real taste of the Indigenous Southwest right here in the metro area. You won't be disappointed!
