Wonderful and cheap Mexican food! This food truck is by a smoke shop, and the parking lot is not incredibly polished, but the food makes up for it! The carne asada and barbacoa tacos are amazing, and at a very affordable price of 2.59 per taco. Even late at night, the wait time was practically non-existent but I was 1 of 3 customers. Will definitely be returning to La Herradura, but will try to make it to the restaurant or drive through.

I love this place and eat here often. I love their agua fresca, but wish they had different flavors. They always have horchata and passion fruit, which both are delicious. The food is good, but if you want ACP after 8pm I would call first to make sure they still have it. It sells out sometimes. I took an updated pic of menu prices tonight.

These were good tacos. I stopped just passing through on vacation and saw the food truck. I love food trucks and giving them a try. So glad I stopped here. They were delicious, fast, and friendly people. When we pulled off this sharply dressed man in a suit was in line for their food, so you know it has to be good. Who would risk eating a taco or anything in his car in a suit unless it was good? No one so it has to be and was good. I confirm it! And so does suit guy!

La Herradura is fantastic. Some of the best hispanic food in Knoxville easily. Their tacos, tortas, fries, and quesadillas are incredible. Pictured is their ACP bowl which was perfect. Super affordable too, they won't flip around the tablet and ask for a tip lol. Mexican food is usually just as good, if not better, than most other cuisines and it's always incredibly affordable. I can't recommend this food truck enough if you're looking for hispanic classics.

A must go to food truck!!!! The steak on the tacos was seasoned to perfection and very tender!!!! The queso tacos were great as well!! From now on ANYTIME I’m in or passing through Knoxville I’m stopping by!!
