Below is what I ordered. I did not get any onions or carrots, very little broccoli and abundance of peas and celery! The flavor was great but would have liked the variety as listed. Stir Fry Steak & Vegetables with Fried Rice Flank steak seared with mixed vegetables, broccoli, carrots, celery and onions on Fried Rice, but can be served on steamed rice. Add to order • $15.00

I am sorry, our wholesaler did not deliver carrots to us. I am glad the flavor was good. I am sorry you didn’t receive carrots.

I was very disappointed with this food truck. I ordered chicken lo mien but received spaghetti noodles, not lo mien noodles. The flavor was SOOO salty I couldn’t finish my plate. I am very disappointed I spent over $14 on a salt platter. I won’t be returning here.

I am sorry your meal was salty. We will check our sauce. Lo mein can be made of several different kind of noodles. Did you expect fried chow mein?

The staff members were professional and friendly. The food was great! If someone doesn't know or has not had vietnamese foods, they should look up the culture before buying food, since this will increase culinary expectations and provide understanding of what a person is purchasing. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The egg rolls were to die for! She was such a nice lady and was short staffed so I understand that it was tough for her having so many orders she needed to fill by herself. I will definitely be giving her food truck another try cause I know things happen. Do your self a favor and go get some of her egg rolls! I couldn't take a pic of the egg roll cause I already scarfed it down.

Awesome authentic Vietnamese food 🙂. I’ve been eating this food a long time, the owner (Quyen) is my daughter in law so I may be a little prejudiced. You will be hard pressed to find any better, imo. Pho, egg rolls, spring rolls, chicken fried rice, beef and broccoli, chicken lo mein, pot stickers , just to name a few. Perfectly seasoned and delicious. Try the banh mi with barbecue pork , you won’t be disappointed.
