Driving through Kalkaska around dinner time and thought this food truck sounded perfect. Despite it being well before closing and their neon OPEN sign being lit, the truck was closed and no one was inside. Maybe another time.

Been eating at the Summer Gig since it was parked by twin birch and I have to say their burgers are will definitely give you a bang for your buck. Always fresh ingredients and done in a faster pass than anywhere around. if you have the time, definitely stop by they are always happy to deliver an amazing meal.

Stopped in at trout festival in kalkaska. They had ran out of hamburger and chicken but were still making grilled cheese sandwiches. We had the pizza grilled cheese and the j pop grilled cheese (jalapeño popper). Both were amazing just like their burgers. Highly recommend.

Great place. I don't give 5 ✨ very often when i went there in June of last year and I know the owner of summer gig. Will definitely go there when I'm in town 😁
