We ordered food from Uncle Sammy’s for my son and daughter-in-law‘s rehearsal dinner. It was a rather large order with three different sandwich types. We ordered 36 sandwiches. My husband and brother-in-law picked up the order and everything was ready on time and the food was warm when they arrived at the wedding rehearsal dinner . Uncle sammy’s had everything labeled and all of the condiments set up with the sandwiches color-coded so that we would know which ones were which. He also provided the homemade chips and they were delicious. I would highly recommend them for your larger party needs. Cory was very easy to work with. Will definitely come back again!!

We ordered OG Philly and Hot Beef Sandwiches. As good as the ones we had in Philadelphia and Chicago respectively, they were really good! We almost skipped the place as the Google map said it was closed on Wednesday but I’m the place was actually open.

This was my first time here and I’m going to give it my honest review. First and for most I’m a fry connoisseur. Uncle Sammy’s has some of the best french fries in town. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. I ordered the OG Chicken Philly (I’m giving myself away). The Sammy was overall good. I’ve had a lot of Philly Cheesesteaks and for this sandwich I would have tweaked a few things. The shredded chicken leaves it on the dry side. I would have preferred chunks or strips of the chicken. The onions and peppers were good but the cheese got lost in the shredded chicken. Bread was soft and perfect, just needed a bit more mayo. Like I said over all it was good and I’m sure their other Sammie’s are good too. This is my opinion alone. It would be cool if on Fridays they do a true Philly Special. “Whiz With”. I are like 5 of them when I was in Philly a few years back. I’m sure I will return to the food cart.

Words cannot describe how amazing Uncle Sammy’s is, I’ve been back multiple times now and I’ve never been let down. Not only is every Sammy(and sally) delicious but the service is outstanding, every interaction I’ve had with any of the staff has been wonderful. If you are ever in the Junction city/Eugene area don’t hesitate to come to Uncle Sammy’s, it will 100% be worth your time

One of these best cheesesteaks you can get around here. I had The philly fire which did a great job of combined what I like about a philly cheese with a spicy twist. The owners and operators are very friendly. There is covered outdoor seating
